Our mission

Steering the youth towards financial literacy. Making financial education accessible and equipping citizens with tools to elevate and enhance the community socially, politically, and economically.

According to AZ, a survey conducted by American After 3pm, Demand Grow, Opportunity Shrinks cost and access to youth programs are the prominent barriers that low income families face in regards to school programs. Non Profit organizations that receive funding from the government for programs within underserved communities have reduced significantly. Since the reduction in community programs children in lower income households are not exposed to subjects such as math, science and engineering, tutoring, life development skills and a SAFE place to be social.

Enrichment programs have numerous benefits including reduction of potential drug use and enhances the students overall general interest in school education and higher graduation rates.

Aside from youth welfare, Youth programs have a positive impact on the economy. According to America After 3, 78% of the parents reported that the youth programs, specifically after school programs, has aided in them retaining a job. The opportunity gap and the achievement gap coincide with each other. Therefore financial literacy, education and resources made available to low income families will equip them with advantages to pour back into OUR communties. Statistics show that communities who receive encouragement from multiple socioeconomic backgrounds go on to supersede their family’s previous economic status.
